Terms and Conditions for Professional Pest Control Services

1. Service Agreement

• By engaging our pest control services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided

• Professional Pest Control offers a range of pest control services, including but not limited to termite control, cockroach control, ant control, mosquito control, rodent control, and more.

3. Warranty Period

• Our pest control treatments come with a warranty period of [Specify Duration, e.g., 6 months, 2 year] from the date of service completion.
• During this period, if you experience any pest issues related to the treated area, we will provide a follow-up service at no additional cost.

4. Service Charges During Warranty Period

• For any technician visit or travel during the warranty period, a service charge of ₹250 will be applicable. This fee covers the technician's travel and service costs.
• The service charge applies even if the follow-up service is within the warranty period.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer agrees to maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of the treated areas to avoid re-infestation.
• The customer should report any pest issues as soon as they arise during the warranty period.

6. Exclusions

• The warranty does not cover situations where pest infestations are caused by structural issues, lack of maintenance, or if the customer has taken measures that may compromise the effectiveness of the treatment (e.g., using other pest control methods).

7. Liability

• Professional Pest Control is not liable for any damages or losses caused by pest infestations after the warranty period.

8. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
